拔毒散为黄花稔属植物四川黄花稔SidaszechuensisMatsuda的全草。经筛选发现其水提取液在10g／kg剂量灌胃小鼠，可缩短小鼠出血时间及加快血液的凝固，还有一定镇痛作用；其醇提取物在1mg／ml浓度下可以增强离体豚鼠回肠的收缩，可被一定浓度的阿托品，朴尔敏或苯海拉明所对抗。
Detoxification is the whole plant of Sidaszechuensis Matsuda, a genus of Scutellaria. After screening, it was found that the water extract at a dose of 10 g/kg gavage mice can shorten the bleeding time of mice and accelerate the blood coagulation, and there is also a certain analgesic effect; its alcohol extract can enhance ex vivo at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The ileum contraction of guinea pigs can be counteracted by a certain concentration of atropine, Pyrmin or diphenhydramine.
