目的对比研究海螵蛸与龟甲胶对果蝇繁殖力的影响,以探究其补益功效。方法将药材提取液添加至培养基中饲养果蝇,记录果蝇产生F_1代和F_2代数量。结果与对照组相比,海螵蛸和龟甲胶均显著增加果蝇F_1代和F_2代数量(P<0.01),在浓度为0.02 g·L~(-1)、0.04 g·L~(-1)、0.08 g·L~(-1)的三组试验中,海螵蛸F_1代数量分别增殖了167.28%、178.89%、121.64%,F_2代分别增长125.13%、140.86%、69.79%;龟甲胶F_1代分别增殖了33.25%、97.60%、79.15%,F_2代分别增殖148.48%、193.65%、150.25%。结论海螵蛸和龟甲胶均能显著提高果蝇的繁殖力,二者对果蝇F_1代和F_2代成虫数量影响趋势相似。
Objective To compare the effects of sea slugs and shellworms on the fecundity of Drosophila melanogaster in order to explore the effect of replenishing them. Methods The medicinal extracts were added to the medium to keep the flies and the number of F 1 generation and F 2 generation was recorded. Results Compared with the control group, both sea urchin and sea turtle gum significantly increased the generation of F 1 generation and F 2 generation of Drosophila melanogaster (P <0.01). At concentrations of 0.02 g · L -1 and 0.04 g · L -1, 1) and 0.08 g · L -1, respectively, the F_1 generation numbers increased by 167.28%, 178.89% and 121.64%, respectively, and increased by 125.13%, 140.86% and 69.79% The F_1 generation of plastic increased by 33.25%, 97.60% and 79.15%, respectively. The F_2 generation multiplied by 148.48%, 193.65% and 150.25%, respectively. Conclusion Both sea slugs and sea urchin shells can significantly increase the fecundity of the flies, both of which have similar trends in the number of F 1 and F 2 generations of fruit flies.
