随着知识经济的到来,企业的竞争更多地表现为人才的竞争,如何吸引、留住人才,以及最大限度地发挥人才的作用成为企业管理者们最关注的问题。中华英才网曾经对我国大学生择业价值观及求职心理进行了大规模调查,发现职业发展、保健因素和声望地位三大要素影响着大学生的择业价值观,其中属于发展因素的“个人发展与晋升空间大”成为大多数大学生择业的首要标准。为此,本文以包含保健因素和激励因素的双因素理论为指导,论述如何建设雇主品牌。
