我厂先后在几种型号铣床的主变速和进给变速中,采用了凸爪式变速操纵机构,经过近十年的使用,效果很好。这种机构和孔盘变速机构及间歇齿轮变速机构相比较,它不仅操作简单方便,变速可靠;而且整个机构所占用空间较小,以利变速箱的结构设计。更主要的是这种机构既能操纵主变速.又能操纵进给变速,便于变速机构通用化。凸爪式变速操纵机构,按其操纵方向可分为轴向凸爪式和径向凸爪式两种。前者用于铣床的进给变速,后者用于铣床的主变速。两者结构虽略有不同,但设计原理一样。
