通过无皂乳液聚合法合成了N-乙烯基甲酰胺-苯乙烯共聚物(PNVFSM),并对其进行了FTIR和粒度表征.探讨了引发剂用量、单体总质量分数、单体配比、反应温度、搅拌速度对PNVFSM乳胶粒度的影响.研究表明:单体总质量分数增加使得乳胶粒度变大;升高温度、加快搅拌速度和适当增加引发剂用量都会使乳胶粒度减小.样品的红外表征说明单体NVF和SM都参与了聚合反应.纳米激光粒度仪测试乳胶粒度的相对偏差在0.68%以下.
N-vinylformamide-styrene copolymer (PNVFSM) was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization, and characterized by FTIR and particle size. The effects of initiator amount, total monomer content, monomer ratio, Reaction temperature and stirring speed on the particle size of PNVFSM latex were studied.The results showed that the particle size of latex increased with the increase of the total mass fraction of monomer.The particle size of latex decreased when the temperature was raised, the stirring speed was increased and the dosage of initiator was appropriate. Characterization shows monomer NVF and SM are involved in the polymerization.Nano laser particle size analyzer test the relative deviation of the particle size of 0.68%.
