老年之声是中央人民广播电台服务老年群体的专业化频率。在社会老龄化进程加速和新媒体剧烈冲击的双重时代背景下,老年之声秉持“立足公益,强调服务”的宗旨,坚持以老年人为精准服务对象,依据老年群体生理、心理的人口学特征,打造老年专业广播频率。同时积极开展公益活动,塑造品牌形象,加强新媒体建设、拓展传播渠道。本文以老年之声为例,从老年广播的生态现状、运营实践、发展思考等方面进行了分析和介绍,为我国老年广播的发展提供参考。
The Voice of the Elderly is the frequency with which the CNR serves the elderly. Under the background of accelerating the process of social aging and the drastic impact of new media, the voice of the elderly upholds the principle of “based on the public good and emphasizes service”, adheres to the objective of serving the elderly accurately, basing on the physiological and psychological demographics of the elderly Features, build senior professional radio frequency. At the same time, we should actively carry out public welfare activities, create a brand image, strengthen the construction of new media and expand the channels of communication. Taking the Voice of the Elder as an example, this paper analyzes and introduces the current situation, operation practice and development thinking of the elderly radio and provides a reference for the development of the elderly radio in our country.
