目的:优化坤安颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用均匀设计法安排试验,以加水倍量、提取时间和提取次数为主要考察因素,以芍药苷提取率及出膏率为考察指标,多指标综合评分法优化水提取工艺;以加醇体积分数、提取次数、加液倍量和提取时间为主要考察因素,以总黄酮提取量及出膏率为考察指标,多指标综合评分法优化醇提取工艺。结果:确定水提取条件为每次加12倍水,提取2次,每次1.5 h;醇提条件为加入9.6倍量30%乙醇,提取3次,每次提取2 h。结论:该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of kunan granules. Methods: The uniform design method was used to arrange the experiment. The factors such as the times of adding water, the time of extraction and the number of extraction were the main factors. The extraction rate of paeoniflorin and the rate of ointment were taken as the investigation index, and the multi-index comprehensive score method was used to optimize the water extraction process. The volume fraction, the number of times of extraction, the times of adding liquid, and the extraction time were the main factors to be investigated. The total flavonoids extraction rate and the rate of ointment were taken as the investigation index, and the multi-index comprehensive score method was used to optimize the alcohol extraction process. Results: The water extraction conditions were determined by adding 12 times of water each time and extracting twice for 1.5 h each. The conditions of ethanol extraction were adding 9.6 times the amount of 30% ethanol and extracting for 3 times, extracting 2 h each time. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable, stable and feasible.
