高等院校课外体育在整个高校体育中的战略地位日益突出。以深化体育改革与发展的需要为出发点，加强课外体育科学化管理研究、建立课外体育综合管理系统将２５００名大学生的课外体育材料输入系统，实施体系化运转，其效果显著。系统实践结果与前比较分析证明：高校课外体育综合管理系统方法是课外体育科学化管理的重要手段。
Extracurricular sports colleges and universities in the higher education in the overall strategic position has become increasingly prominent. In order to deepen the reform and development of sports, the extra-curricular sports management system of extra-curricular sports should be strengthened, the extracurricular sports management system should be established, and 2,500 extra-curricular sports materials should be input into the system and implemented systematically. The results of system practice and before comparison prove that the extracurricular sports integrated management system in colleges and universities is an important means of scientific management of extracurricular sports.
