高职院校的人事档案一般是指干部档案。从九十年代初开始我国制定了一系列与人事档案有关的法律法规,使得更多的专业人才开始关注人事档案管理。济南是山东省的省会,是全省的经济、政治和文化教育中心,因此,济南市的高职教育不管是在省内还是国内都有着一定的代表性。本文以济南各高职院校为例,采用了实地调查、问卷调查、电话调研等多种方法,对济南市19所高职院校的人事档案管理情况进行了 Personnel files in higher vocational colleges generally refer to cadres files.
