1 Establishment and improvement of medical safety management organizations Hospitals have established the “Medical Safety Management Committee” consisting of directors of business dean, medical department, outpatient department, head of nursing department, and leaders of some disciplines. The “Medical Safety Management Group” composed of secretaries implements the work of the “safety committee” responsible for medical care at the two levels of the hospital and formulates the medical safety management system and schedule on time.
