研究了在 γ-Al2 O3催化剂上苯酚与异丙醇烷基化生成邻异丙基苯酚的反应。结果表明 ,不同产地的 γ-Al2 O3催化剂烷基化性能不同 ;在经 Ca O、Mn O2 、Zr O2 、Fe2 O3、Zn O和 P2 O5等氧化物改性后的 γ-Al2 O3催化剂上 ,苯酚转化率下降 ,邻异丙基苯酚选择性有所提高 ,其中较好的改性剂为 Fe2 O3、Mn O2 和 Zn O。在 Ca O-Fe2 O3/ γ-Al2 O3催化剂上邻异丙基苯酚的选择性可达 92 .5 % (苯酚转化率为 1 0 % )。还用 NH3-TPD和吡啶吸附 -IR表征了催化剂的酸性质 ,讨论了影响催化剂烷基化活性和选择性的因素。
The reaction of phenol and isopropanol to form o-isopropylphenol over γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst was studied. The results show that the γ-Al 2 O 3 catalysts have different alkylation performance in different areas. On the γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst modified by CaO, MnO 2, ZrO 2, Fe 2 O 3, ZnO and P 2 O 5, Phenol conversion decreased, o-isopropyl phenol selectivity has improved, of which the better modifier Fe2 O3, Mn O2 and Zn O. The selectivity to o-isopropylphenol on CaO-Fe2 O3 / γ-Al2 O3 was 92.5% (phenol conversion 10%). The acidity of the catalyst was also characterized by NH3-TPD and pyridine adsorption-IR, and the factors affecting the alkylation activity and selectivity of the catalyst were discussed.
