目的识别、评价该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,为制定职业病预防措施提供依据。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害预评价技术导则》GBZ/T196-2007[1]进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中主要的职业病危害因素是铅及其无机化合物、奥克托金、四氯乙烯、叠氮化钠、氮氧化物、铝金属尘、硅尘、太安尘、噪声等。结论该项目选址与总体布局、生产设备布局等基本符合国家有关规定,在各项职业病危害防护措施落实到位的情况下,该项目就职业卫生方面而言可行。
Objective To identify and evaluate the possible occupational hazards that may occur in this project and provide the basis for the development of occupational disease prevention measures. Methods According to “Technical Guidelines for Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects” GBZ / T196-2007 [1]. Results The main occupational hazards in the production process were lead and its inorganic compounds, oxotokines, tetrachlorethylene, sodium azide, nitrogen oxides, aluminum metal dust, silica dust, dust and noise. Conclusion The project location and overall layout, production equipment layout and other basic line with the relevant provisions of the state, in all occupational hazards protection measures in place, the project is feasible in terms of occupational health.
