针对D-S证据理论无法处理尾矿坝风险评估模型中幂指型信息而导致的评估效果差的问题,提出了一种柔性相似度量和不确定信息的基本信任分配方法.利用广义模糊数核值的非1性和自适应模糊数边界幂次的可变性,提出了柔性相似测度;根据各监测信息变异系数的不同,诱导出一个有序矩阵以生成基本信任函数.以某尾矿坝实际监测数据为例,通过D-S合成规则对尾矿坝的风险状态进行评估,验证了该方法的有效性.
Aiming at the problem that the DS evidence theory can not deal with the power of the finger type in the tailings dam risk assessment model and the evaluation result is poor, a new method of trust distribution based on the soft similarity measure and the uncertainty information is proposed. Non-adaptive and adaptive fuzzy numbers, a flexible similarity measure is proposed. According to the variation coefficient of each monitoring information, an ordered matrix is induced to generate the basic trust function. Based on the actual monitoring data of a tailings dam As an example, the risk status of tailings dam is evaluated by DS synthesis rules, which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
