一、使用范围刃倾角铰刀适用于钢、铸铁、不锈钢、合金钢、铜、铝等工件孔的铰削加工。二、刀具几何角度、特点刃倾角铰刀是采用一般标准铰刀,开10～25°的刃倾角和开4～10°的刃倾角前角而改成。详见附图。由于将标准铰刀在切削刃前端开了10～25°的刃倾角,铰削时使铁屑排向待加工表面,改善了排屑,克服了标准铰刀排屑困难、拉毛工件表面的缺点。另外,由于标准铰刀开了4～10°的刃倾角前角,铰削时能把切屑扭成很小的螺旋形,缩小切屑的面积,避免拉毛工件表面。
