为验证一款低顶驾驶室的顶部强度和生存空间是否满足GB 26512—2011《商用车驾驶室乘员保护》法规的要求,建立了相应的有限元模型和假人模型,并按该标准的规定进行了顶部强度的试验仿真分析,获得了驾驶室变形情况和驾驶员生存空间变化情况,并与实车试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:该低顶驾驶室强度能够满足GB 26512—2011顶部强度试验要求并能够保证驾驶员的生存空间要求,且仿真结果与实车试验结果符合良好。
In order to verify whether the top strength and living space of a low-top cab meet the requirements of the “Commercial Vehicle Cab Protection” statute of GB 26512-2011, the corresponding finite element model and dummy model are established, and according to the provisions of the standard The top strength of the test simulation analysis, obtained the deformation of the driver’s cab and the driver’s living space changes, and with the actual vehicle test results were compared. The results show that the low cab strength can meet the requirements of the top strength test of GB 26512-2011 and can guarantee the driver’s living space requirements. The simulation results are in good agreement with the actual vehicle test results.
