自1997年5月1日起,河北省会石家庄已正式实施《石家庄市公共场所禁止吸烟的规定》,市内4区、郊区和开发区的公共场所开始禁止吸烟。
Since May 1, 1997, Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei Province, has officially implemented the “Prohibition of Smoking in Shijiazhuang Public Places”, and no smoking is allowed in public places in districts 4, suburbs and development zones in the city.
