目的:就某幼儿园食源性细菌性痢疾暴发进行调查。方法:2011年6月17日,某幼儿园出现了一起较为严重的食源性细菌性痢疾暴发,发病患儿有132例,对其进行调查分析。结果:推断午餐的酱牛肉可能与本次食源性细菌性痢疾暴发有关。后来深入调查,个体摊主是直接购买一个体屠宰户自己卤好的酱牛肉,而该个体屠宰户在17日前就已经出现了腹泻、腹痛、发热等症状,此为痢疾暴发的根源。结论:幼儿是食源性细菌性痢疾的高危人群,因此,应该严格加强幼儿园饮食卫生管理,幼儿园的所有食品都应该从正规食品店购买,不能从不了解的人处购买。
Objective: To investigate a kindergarten foodborne bacillary dysentery outbreak. Methods: On June 17, 2011, a serious outbreak of food-borne bacillary dysentery occurred in a kindergarten. 132 children were diagnosed and analyzed. Results: Inferred beef sauce may be related to the outbreak of foodborne bacillary dysentery. Later in-depth investigation, individual stallholders directly purchase a body slaughter their own good brine beef sauce, but the individual slaughter households in the 17 days ago there have been diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever and other symptoms, which is the root cause of dysentery outbreak. Conclusion: Young children are at high risk of food-borne bacillary dysentery. Therefore, the health management of kindergartens should be strictly strengthened. All food in kindergartens should be purchased from regular food stores and should not be bought by people who do not know.
