目的 :研究白芷含量的测定方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法测定白芷中欧前胡素的含量。结果 :测得每1g中欧前胡素的含量为 0 86mg ,平均回收率为 97 92 % ,RSD =2 4 6 % (n =6 )。结论 :实验方法稳定 ,重现性好 ,可用于测定药材白芷中欧前胡素的含量 Purpose : To study the method for determining the content of white peony. Methods: The content of imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was determined by TLC scanning. Results : The content of per-g of EU imperatorin was 0 86mg, the average recovery rate was 97 92%, RSD = 2 4 6 % (n = 6). Conclusion: The experimental method is stable and has good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the content of imperatorin in Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.
