近2年来,我院运用凯扶兰(双氯芬酸钾)减轻前列腺摘除术后的疼痛与解除术后膀胱的痉挛性收缩,收到良好的效果,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组15例,年龄62～78岁,平均65.4岁。病程8个月～12年,平均3.5年。15例术后病理诊断,14例为前列腺结节性增生,1例为前列腺癌。
