国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)最新版《老年2型糖尿病管理全球指南》在2013年世界糖尿病大会上首次公布。该指南专门为70岁以上的老年2型糖尿病人群制定(也适用于1型糖尿病),旨在改善全球老年糖尿病患者管理。新指南指出,目前许多老年糖尿病患者的管理并不理想,大部分老年人群的临床和社会需求未被满足。相比年轻的糖尿病患者,应该对老年人进行更为频繁的评估。低血糖和足部感染应该是老年糖尿病患者主要关注的问题。在临床实践中,对于身体虚弱的老年患者,其糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)应稳定在8.5%左右。还应注意避免老
The latest edition of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) Global Guide to Type 2 Diabetes Management in the Elderly was first announced at the 2013 World Diabetes Conference. Developed specifically for people older than 70 years old with type 2 diabetes (also for type 1 diabetes), this guide aims to improve the management of diabetes among the elderly in the world. The new guidelines point out that many elderly people with diabetes are not currently well managed and the clinical and social needs of most elderly people are not met. Older people should be evaluated more frequently than younger people with diabetes. Hypoglycemia and foot infections should be a major concern for older diabetics.
