高职院校广告设计与制作专业应当加强学生职业技能的培养,职业技能不可简单地理解为专业技能的培养,还要特别关注职业素质的培养,这关系到毕业生在广告业人才市场中的核心竞争力。学校广告设计与制作专业经历了七年的探索与实践,构建了基于岗位工作过程的课程体系,提出“把需要工作的人,变成被工作需要的人”的思路,引入项目任务真题,模拟公司的教学方法。笔者在近年的教学实践中不断探索发现,模拟公司教学法在提高学生专业技能和职业综合素质方面确有突出成效。
