1 前言软枣猕猴(Actinidia arguta(Sieb. et Zucc. )Planch.et Miq)果实营养丰富,尤其维生素C的含量很高(据资料报道,每百克鲜果中含118—214mg)。《辽宁经济植物志》记载,出酒率10%,果实内含葡萄糖15.27%、果糖6.57%、蔗糖2.91%。鲜食酸甜可口,风味独特,且可滋补强身,预防和治疗多种疾病,颇受人们重视,国内外都在积极开发利用。山葡萄(Vitis amurensis Rupr.)果实食用营养丰富,是酿酒业“葡萄白兰地”
