本文以浙江师范大学干部人事档案管理为例,探讨在档案数字化、电子化的大背景下,如何突破传统干部人事档案手工管理的模式,并探索干部档案管理系统的设计与实现问题。
This paper takes the cadre personnel file management of Zhejiang Normal University as an example to explore how to break through the manual management mode of traditional cadre personnel files and explore the design and implementation of cadre file management system under the background of digitization and electronicization of files.
