以红枣为研究对象,采用单作(红枣纯林)与混作(红枣×核桃、红枣×扁桃)等3种不同种植模式,对红枣产量和品质进行比较分析。结果表明:不同种植模式的红枣单果质量、产量均差异较大,上坡纯林模式红枣产量最高,红枣×扁桃、红枣×核桃混作模式的红枣产量较低;不同种植模式的红枣总糖含量、总酸含量、维生素C含量均存在差异,下坡红枣纯林、上坡红枣纯林和下坡红枣×核桃3种模式的红枣品质较好;上坡红枣纯林的种植方式既有利于提高红枣产量,又有利于改善其品质。
Taking jujube as the research object, the yield and quality of jujube were comparatively analyzed using three different planting modes of single cropping (red date pure forest) and mixed cropping (red date × walnut and red date × almond). The results showed that the quality and yield of red jujube fruit varied greatly with different planting patterns. The yield of red jujube was the highest in the uphill slope pure forest model. The jujube yield was lower in mixed mode of red dates × almonds and red dates × walnut. The total sugar content, Total acid content, vitamin C content are different, pure red down pure redwood, uphill redwood and downhill red dates × walnut three models of red jujube quality is better; uphill slope jujube pure forest planting is conducive to improving the jujube Yield, but also conducive to improving its quality.
