燕化公司芳烃抽提装置由于建设年代久远,没有进行过大型技术改造,装置的各项物耗、能耗均较高,因此优化装置操作,降低装置能耗势在必行。通过分析本装置的能耗组成,确认溶剂再生塔塔307部分的水、电、蒸汽消耗在整个装置能耗中占较大的比例,因此采取了对塔307由开满一个月即对系统溶剂连续再生,改为采用一个月开20天、停10天的方法。采取这种投用方式后,既可保证溶剂使用性能,又可有效降低装置能耗,达到节能降耗的目的。
