以紫花苜蓿品种阿尔冈金(A lgonqu in)和金皇后(Golden-Empress)种子为试验材材,研究了0~10 mg/L浓度的镉处理对阿尔冈金和金皇后种子发芽及出苗的影响。试验结果表明:低浓度的Cd2+和高浓度的Cd2+对阿尔冈金和金皇后种子的发芽势和发芽率均有抑制作用,而在0.5~2 mg/L浓度范围内的Cd2+对阿尔冈金和金皇后种子的发芽势和发芽率有促进作用;发芽指数和活力指数,二项指标均随着Cd2+浓度的增大而下降;从下胚轴和幼根的生长来看,无论是低浓度的Cd2+还是高浓度的Cd2+均表现出抑制作用。
The Alfalfa and Golden-queen seed germination and emergence were studied using alfalfa varieties Algonquin and Golden-Empress as test materials. influences.
