针对马钢CSP热连轧机F2机架CVC工作辊窜辊行程总是窜到负极限、窜辊行程利用率低,以及CVC工作辊磨损不均等问题,通过大量统计分析F2机架工作辊的窜辊位置分布,根据CVC辊形的设计原理,针对F2机架设计了新的CVC辊形曲线,并进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:F2机架新CVC辊形的应用,提高了F2机架CVC轧辊的窜辊利用率,均匀了轧辊磨损。
Aiming at the problem that the displacement of CVC work roll of F2 rack CVC work roll of Masteel CSP hot rolling mill always goes to the negative limit, the utilization rate of traverse roll is low and the wear of CVC work roll is unequal, through a large number of statistical analysis, According to the design principle of CVC roll shape, a new CVC roll shape curve was designed for F2 frame and the industrial test was carried out. The test results show that the application of the new CVC roll shape of the F2 frame improves the utilization rate of the shift rolls of the CVC roll of the F2 frame and the uniform roll wear.
