每一次的教研活动都会有缺陷,正是这些缺陷让教师对教研活动有了新的认识,在教学中也就有了新的增长点。在语文教研活动中,教师个体在参与不同形式的教研活动中应做一个有心人,把教研活动的点点滴滴记录下来,并进行自我对照与分析。这样做,教研活动的缺陷,就会成为教师参加教研活动的收获,也就能真正提高广大教师的教学和教研能力。
Each teaching and research activities will be flawed, it is these defects for teachers to have a new understanding of teaching and research activities, teaching there will be a new growth point. In Chinese teaching and research activities, individual teachers should make a dedicated effort to participate in different forms of teaching and research activities, record bit by bit of teaching and research activities, and conduct self-comparison and analysis.
