(1)散热器进柴油,系缸盖中的燃油道有裂纹,与冷却水道贯通燃油压力大于循环水压,使燃油窜入水散热器。可不放水,拆下各缸盖之间的燃油跨接管,用0.6 MPa的高压空气加压试验,观察散热器加水口有无气泡,即可迅速找出有故障的缸盖。(2)重新启动后有敲缸声且排白姻判断是,进油单向阀阀芯被杂物卡
