卵巢恶性肿瘤是女性生殖系统死亡率最高的肿瘤。三十年来,尽管各国学者进行了不懈的努力,该病的治疗效果一直没有明显的提高。目前虽然普遍采用了以手术为主,结合化疗、放疗等综合疗法,卵巢恶性肿瘤治疗后的五年生存率仍只有30%左右。所以,如何提高此病的疗效,是现代妇科学中急待解决的问题。近年来,有关卵巢恶性肿瘤患者体内免疫机能变化的研究有了较大的进展,在此基础上许多学者继续进行该病的免疫治疗试验,取得了一定的成果。本文拟综述近几年部分国外文献中报道的有关该方面的研究结果,以供临床借鉴。卵巢恶性肿瘤患者体内免疫监视机能的改变正常机体内存在着发现并消灭癌变细胞的免疫监视系统。细胞介导免疫在该系统中起着主要作用。目
Ovarian cancer is the highest female cancer death rate of the tumor. For thirty years, despite the unremitting efforts of scholars from various countries, the treatment effect of the disease has not been significantly improved. Although currently widely used to surgery, combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other comprehensive treatment, ovarian cancer after five-year survival rate is still only about 30%. Therefore, how to improve the efficacy of the disease is an urgent problem in modern gynecology. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of immune function changes in patients with ovarian cancer. On the basis of this, many scholars have continued to carry out immunotherapy trials of the disease and achieved certain results. This article is to summarize the research results reported in some foreign literature in recent years in this area for clinical reference.
