目的对急诊输液室护患纠纷常见的影响因素进行分析并探讨其防范对策。方法选取2014年12月~2015年12月在我院急诊输液的患者200例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同分为实验组(优质护理)和对照组(常规护理),对比两组的护理效果。结果实验组护理满意度95.0%(95/100),显著优于对照组75.0%(75/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组发生的护理纠纷、护理差错事件明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊输液室患者进行优质护理,可以显著降低护患纠纷事件的发生,提高患者对于护理的满意度,相比于常规护理,有更好的辅助患者病情恢复的作用,应广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the common influencing factors of nurse-patient dispute in emergency infusion room and discuss its preventive measures. Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects and divided into experimental group (high-quality nursing) and control group (conventional nursing) according to different nursing methods. Conclusions The quality of care for emergency room patients can significantly reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes and improve patient satisfaction with nursing. Compared with routine nursing care, there is a better role in supporting the recovery of patients and should be widely promoted.
