给出了基于AVR单片机AT90S8535瓦斯浓度检测仪的设计方案。该系统由瓦斯敏感探头和CH217芯片来对矿井内的瓦斯浓度进行测量,单片机根据传感器电路的报警输出信号及反馈电压值,控制语音芯片间隔固定时段对瓦斯浓度进行通报,发生险情及时报警,LED数码管显示作为辅助模块,动态显示瓦斯浓度。此外,当单片机所采集的瓦斯浓度达到设定数据量时,通过RS-485总线传送给上位机进行综合分析。
The design scheme of AT90S8535 gas concentration detector based on AVR is given. The system consists of gas-sensitive probe and CH217 chip to measure the gas concentration in the mine. According to the alarm output signal and the feedback voltage value of the sensor circuit, the microcontroller controls the voice chip to notify the gas concentration at regular intervals, which causes alarm in time and LED Digital tube display as an auxiliary module, dynamic display gas concentration. In addition, when the gas concentration collected by the microcontroller reaches the set data volume, it is transmitted to the host computer through the RS-485 bus for comprehensive analysis.
