目的:观察脂糖舒对糖尿病大鼠摄食后血糖和血脂含量升高的抑制作用及其作用机制。方法:采用链脲霉素辅以高热量饲料制备糖尿病大鼠模型,分别用两种不同剂量的脂糖舒( 0 .5 g/kg和1 .0 g/kg)和拜唐苹( 2 5 mg/kg)灌胃4周,另取健康大鼠作正常对照,测定大鼠摄食前后血糖和血脂的含量,计算葡萄糖( Glu)和甘油三酯( TG)的吸收百分率。结果:1各糖尿病大鼠组摄食前后血糖和血脂含量均显著高于正常组,摄食后糖及脂吸收率升高(较正常组P<0 .0 1 ) ;2两种剂量脂糖舒和拜唐苹对糖尿病大鼠摄食前后血糖和血脂含量及糖和脂吸收率均有明显降低作用(较模型组P<0 .0 1 ) ;3两种剂量脂糖舒降低摄食前后血糖含量及摄食后糖吸收率呈现量效关系( P<0 .0 1 ) ,高剂量脂糖舒的降糖和抑制糖吸收作用优于拜唐苹( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而降脂及抑制脂吸收效力两药相当( P>0 .0 5 )。结论:脂糖舒有明显抑制糖尿病大鼠摄食后血糖和血脂吸收升高作用,其降低餐后血糖升高的作用机制可能与拜唐苹相似
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of Zhitangshu on the elevation of blood glucose and blood lipids in diabetic rats after feeding and its mechanism. METHODS: Diabetic rat models were prepared using streptozotocin supplemented with high-calorie diets, using two different doses of liposupherin (0.5 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg) and Bai Tangping (25). Mg / kg) gavage for 4 weeks, another healthy rat as a normal control, blood sugar and blood lipids were measured before and after feeding the rats, and glucose (Glu) and triglyceride (TG) absorption percentages were calculated. RESULTS: 1 The blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the diabetic rats before and after feeding were significantly higher than those of the normal group, and the absorption rate of sugar and fat increased after food intake (P<0.01 compared with the normal group); By Tang Ping, the blood glucose, blood lipids, and sugar and fat absorption rate of diabetic rats before and after feeding were significantly reduced (compared with the model group P0.01); 3 two doses of fat and sugar decreased the blood glucose level and feeding before and after feeding. The post-sugar absorption rate showed a dose-effect relationship (P<0.01), and the high-dose lipo-sugar had better hypoglycemic and anti-sugar absorption than Bai Tangping (P<0.01), while lipid-lowering and lipid-reducing Absorption efficacy was comparable for both drugs (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Zhitangshu significantly inhibited the elevation of blood glucose and blood lipids after ingestion in diabetic rats. The mechanism of reducing postprandial blood glucose elevation may be similar to that of Bai Tangping.
