丽蚜小蜂Encarsia formosa(Gahan)又称粉虱匀鞭蚜小蜂,属膜翅目Hymenoptera蚜小蜂科Aphelin-idae,主要分布于热带和亚热带地区,是粉虱科昆虫若虫期最重要的寄生性天敌之一。已有研究表明,丽蚜小蜂可有效防治温室白粉虱、烟粉虱等害虫[1-2]。光周期、温度是影响昆虫生长发育的重要因子,也是寄生蜂滞育发生与解除,以及工厂化繁育的关键因素[3-4]。迄今为止,有关丽蚜小蜂的研究多集中于其寄主选择、发育历期、成虫寿命和生育力等生物学特征以及温度的影响等方面[5-8],光周期与温度协同的影响则鲜见报道[8]。本试验就光周期和温度对丽蚜小蜂生物学特性的影响进行了研究。
