目的:考察高温、高湿对黄芩、牡丹皮中有效成分含量的影响。方法:将黄芩、牡丹皮药粉分别在高温、高湿条件下放置5d,采用高效液相色谱法测定其有效成分的含量变化。结果:丹皮酚在高温、高湿条件下贮存5d,含量明显降低。黄芩苷在高湿条件下,其含量明显降低;高温情况下,含量反而有所增加。结论:高温、高湿影响中药饮片质量。
Objective: To investigate the effects of high temperature and high humidity on the content of active ingredients in Astragalus membranaceus and Cortex Moutan. Methods: Astragalus membranaceus and Cortex moutan powder were placed in high temperature and high humidity conditions for 5 days. The content of effective components was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: Paeonol was stored for 5 days under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and its content was significantly reduced. When baicalin is in high humidity conditions, its content is significantly reduced; at high temperatures, the content increases instead. Conclusion: High temperature and high humidity affect the quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine.
