针对枕头坝水电站泄洪流量大且其下游河床覆盖较深、抗冲刷能力较差的问题,采用模型试验方法研究了不同消能尾坎形式下消力池的消能效果及对下游河床和两岸的冲刷情况,提出了采用方案4即直立尾坎形式消能效果较好,对下游的冲刷亦较轻。
