一、嗜酸性粒细胞相关蛋白在电镜下,嗜酸性粒细胞(EP)的颗粒有三种类型.初级颗粒是圆形的,有均一电子密度,具有早幼EP特性的颗粒.当其分化时颗粒出现核心,即称为次级或特殊颗粒,它包括一个电子致密的核心和一个电子射线能透过的基质,基质有过氧化物酶活性,核心又称为结晶样体.第三种颗粒是小的,含酸性磷酸酶和芳香硫酸脂酶的颗粒.研究含结晶样体的颗粒的性质,有助于对EP功能的了解.
