科学的医疗绩效评价制度已经被引起了高度重视。常见的评价方法有以结果为导向的绩效评价方法,有以行为为导向的绩效评价方法,也有以特质性为对象的绩效评价方法。基于平衡记分卡的绩效评价法相对更适用于市级公立医院改革绩效评价。
Scientific medical performance evaluation system has drawn great attention. Common evaluation methods are result-oriented performance evaluation methods, behavioral-oriented performance evaluation methods, and performance-based evaluation methods. The performance evaluation method based on the balanced scorecard is relatively more suitable for the performance evaluation of municipal public hospital reform.
