设计了带有穿线孔的复合型自保温砌块结构形式,利用水泥、粉煤灰、骨料、减水剂等原料制备砌块骨架,探究了粉煤灰掺量等因素对砌块骨架性能的影响;利用发泡聚苯颗粒注塑复合成型自保温砌块,并对复合型自保温砌块的制备工艺与性能进行了研究。
