本文采用实验室模拟实验对内燃机油清净分散剂间的复合效应进行了探讨,以满足内燃机油良好的高、低温清净分散性能的要求。实验结果表明:由T109Mg与T115A按1:1调配而成的复合金属清净剂和由T151与L117按2:1调配而成的复合无灰分散剂之间有良好的协和效应,二者按一定比例调合的内燃机油复合清净分散剂具有良好的高、低温清净分散性能。
In this paper, the laboratory simulation experiments on the internal combustion engine oil clean dispersant compound effect was discussed in order to meet the good high-temperature, low-temperature diesel engine oil dispersion performance requirements. The experimental results show that there is a good synergistic effect between composite metal detergent formulated by T109Mg and T115A at 1: 1 ratio and composite ashless dispersant prepared by T151 and L117 ratio 2: 1. Blending of internal combustion engine oil compound detergent has a good dispersion of high, low temperature cleaning and dispersing properties.
