我们自1988年6月至1990年6月应用CO_2激光照射配合厌氧棒状菌菌苗外涂治疗外阴白色病变35例,效果满意,报告如下。 本组35例中20～30岁者23例,31～40岁者8例,41～50岁者4例;诊断与疗效判定均以中国人民解放军总后勤部卫生部编的《临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准》为准。病程在1年以内者8例,1～3年者21例,4年以上者6例。主要临床表现为外阴的皮肤或粘膜有不同程度的色素减退,表皮粗糙、增厚或萎缩变薄,
