以徐薯 18四个世代的脱毒苗为材料 ,研究了它的干物质积累与分配规律。结果表明 ,脱毒甘薯徐薯18薯苗干物质的积累 ,在整个生育期内都明显高于对照 ,其分配规律为 :前期以地上部茎叶为主 ,中后期地下部块根积聚迅速增加 ,具有较高的生物产量和经济产量。脱毒徐薯 18茎尖苗、原原种苗、原种苗、良种苗的生物产量分别比对照高 5 4.7%、32 .3%、2 7.9%、14.1% ,经济产量分别比对照高 5 3 .6 %、2 3 .9%、2 2 .0 %、12 .4% ,源库关系协调
Taking Xushu 18 four generations of virus-free seedlings as materials, the law of its dry matter accumulation and distribution was studied. The results showed that the accumulation of dry matter of virus-free sweet potato seedling Xushu 18 was significantly higher than that of the control during the whole growth period. The distribution pattern was mainly stems and leaves of shoots in the early stage, rapid accumulation of tuberous roots in the middle and late stages, With high biological yield and economic output. The biological yield of Xushu 18 stem-tip seedlings, original seedlings, original seedlings and good seedlings were respectively 5 4.7%, 32.3%, 2 7.9% and 14.1% higher than that of the control, and the economic yields were respectively higher than those of the control 53.6%, 23.3%, 22.0%, 12.4%, and coordination of source and sink relations
