本文报告抗生素1588对多种移植性动物肿瘤的实验治疗研究。结果表明抗生素1588按12.5 mg/kg连续给药10天,对小鼠S-180、U-14、Lio-1和B_(22)等实体癌均有明显的抑制作用。并能延长E_c、ARS,HCA等腹水癌小鼠及Walker-256(腹水型)大鼠的生命时间。但对小鼠白血病L_(615)无效。此外还报告了不同给药方案对S-180抑制作用的影响。本文还研究了抗生素1588的二个主要组分即1588-74-3及1588-74-9对小鼠S-180的抗肿瘤作用,并与争光霉素和平阳霉素进行了比较。
This article reports the experimental treatment of multiple transplantable animal tumors with antibiotic 1588. The results showed that continuous administration of antibiotic 1588 at 12.5 mg / kg for 10 days significantly inhibited the growth of solid tumors such as S-180, U-14, Lio-1 and B 22 in mice. And prolong the life span of mice with ascites carcinoma such as E_c, ARS, HCA and Walker-256 (ascites) rats. But not on mouse leukemia L_ (615). In addition, the effect of different dosing regimens on S-180 inhibition was also reported. The antitumor effect of the two main components of antibiotic 1588, namely, 1588-74-3 and 1588-74-9, on mouse S-180 was also studied in this paper and compared with bleomycin and bleomycin.
