新标准GB19147—2013《车用柴油(Ⅳ)》是根据我国当前经济发展实际情况,环保的现实要求,在参考欧盟实施欧IV阶段排放时所制定的车用柴油标准,对原GB19147—2009《车用柴油》标准中硫含量等项目指标进行了修订。硫含量由原来质量分数不大于350mg/kg,修改为现在的质量分数不大于50mg/kg。新标准对硫含量指标的修订,对炼油企业在车用柴油生产技术的改进、硫含量检测仪器的更新、检验人员的培训与提高都将产生影响;也为早日与国际先进标准接轨、降低车用柴油中的硫含量、减少汽车尾气对大气造成的污染及减少雾霾天气的产生创造了条件。
