目的探讨老年阑尾炎的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对笔者所在医院79例老年阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术切除组患青治愈率高于保守治疗组，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．632，P〈0．05）。结论无绝对手术禁忌的老年急性阑尾炎，应尽早行阑尾炎切除手术，降低复发率，保证患背健康。
