从催化裂化干气中回收低浓度乙烯,可通过深冷分离法、油吸收法、吸附分离法、络合分离法等途径,可将乙烯浓度提高到 80%以上。目前,国内外现有的从催化裂化装置副产干气中回收烯烃的几种技术最近都有新进展。它们具有一定的工艺特点和经济性,认为深冷分离法、中冷油吸收法和直接制乙苯法符合我国实际,具有很好的经济效益,值得在石油化工企业推广。
Recovery of low-concentration ethylene from FCC dry gas can increase the ethylene concentration to more than 80% through cryogenic separation, oil absorption, adsorption separation and complexation separation. At present, several technologies both at home and abroad that recover olefins from byproduct dry gas from catalytic cracking units have recently made new progress. They have a certain process characteristics and economy, that the cryogenic separation method, the method of absorption of indirect oil and direct ethyl benzene method in line with China’s actual, with good economic benefits, it is worth in the petrochemical enterprises to promote.
