目的：探讨经胸超声心动图在儿童继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵术前、术中、术后对临床的应用指导价值。方法应用经胸超声心动图对儿童继发孔型房间隔缺损进行术前筛查，术中监测、引导，术后评估治疗效果。结果所有患儿封堵手术均获成功，其中1例封堵器释放后，可见少许残余分流，术后2d、1个月仍有少许残余分流，术后3个月分流消失，其余封堵器位置固定，无残余分流，无严重并发症发生。结论超声心动图在儿童继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵术前筛选病例及封堵器型号选择、术中监测、术后随访中均具有不可替代的作用。“,”Objective To explore the clinical application guidance value of transthoracic Echocardiography on device closure of pediatric secundum atrial septal defect during the preoperation,intraoperation and postoperation.Methods Apply transthoracic echocardiography for preoperative screening,intraoperative monitoring,guide interventional therapy and postoperative evaluation for pediatric secundum atrial septal defect.Results All patients were successful to complete blocking operation.Little residual shunt was observed in 1 case after occluder release,the shunt was observed 2d and 1 month after operation,and it disappeared 3 months later.The occluder position was fixed in other cases with no residual shunt and serious complications after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography havean irreplaceable role in screening patients,selecting occluder model,intraoperative monitoring,postoperative follow-up on device closure of pediatric secundum atrial septal defect.
