本实验采用高效液相色谱——指纹图谱法分析并比较了7种大黄的化学成分间的差异,绘制了条形图和检索表。通过对大黄鉴定研究,总结了7种大黄间的异同,并通过附图、检索表及条形图显示。
In this experiment, HPLC-fingerprint was used to analyze and compare the chemical composition of seven kinds of rhubarb, the bar chart and the retrieval table were drawn. Through the research on the identification of rhubarb, the similarities and differences between the seven rhubarbs are summarized and shown by the drawings, search tables and bar charts.
