手性呋喃酮与亚磷酸三酯通过不对称Michael加成反应 ,得到了含磷官能团的新手性化合物 (5R ,4R) 5 (l 艹孟 氧基 ) 4 膦酸二酯基 γ丁内酯 .该反应具有条件温和、产率较高、光学纯度单一的特点 (d .e≥ 98% ) .通过元素分析 ,IR ,UV ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,MS ,[α]2 0D 波谱分析数据分析确定了该化合物的化学结构 .由于天然手性助剂薄荷醇价格低廉 ,以及 艹孟 氧基具有良好的立体选择控制性 ,因此 ,为合成含有磷官能团的新手性化合物提供了简便有效的途径 .
Chiral furanone and phosphite triester through the asymmetric Michael addition reaction, to obtain a new functional group of phosphorus containing functional compounds (5R, 4R) 5 (l 艹 Meng oxygen) 4 phosphonic acid diester γ butyrolactone. The reaction has the advantages of mild conditions, high yield and single optical purity (d.e.≥98%). The analysis by elemental analysis, IR, UV, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS, [α] The chemical structure of this compound, due to the low cost of the natural chiral auxiliary menthol, and the good stereoselectivity of the menthoxy group, provides an easy and effective way to synthesize new functional chiral compounds containing phosphorus functional groups.
