工会组织保持和增强“三性”体现在服务职工群众方面,就是要把所提供的服务与职工群众需求相适应、相吻合。能不能提供服务、提供多少服务、提供什么样的服务、以何种方式服务,考量着工会组织活力及与职工群众的贴近度。只有在确保服务有效性、满意度上下功夫,工会工作才有生命力、凝聚力。工会改革创新必须以会员为本,以职工群众的需求为出发点,努力在工会服务供给与职工需求上实现动态平衡。
